Custom Inflatable Process

First thing to do is give us a drawing with bullet point details about your project. Your drawing does not need to be fancy. All we need is the drunkest scrible on the back of a Pub napkin, with arrows pointing to the detail points. Often we can envision whats in your imaginations eye from a drunk scrible than you can. Feel free to test us. Next we review,then respond with a rough sketch and quote.

Make a custom inflatable order

To make your custom inflatable we need your signed authoriztion on the invoice your sales rep emailed to you during your quote process. Return your authorized custom inflatable invoice by emailing it back to your sales rep or fax it 877-445-6038. We will provide instruction to make a non-refundable down-payment with balance due upon completion. All-Sales final, for all custom inflatable orders.

All custom first builds & prototype inflatable builds include revisions

At Superior Inflatables we have a good rate of getting it right the first time becuase we have a knack for seeing into your minds imagination after talking with you about your project. If we didn’t meet your imaginations eye, we will do a free build from scratch, with uone nip’n-tuck revisions there after on the rebuild. Custom Inflatable Fee

All custom inflatable builds include a minimum one-time $1,500.00 custom setup fee and can flex upward depending on project complexity. This is in addition to our standard build fee.

Anytime we start from building “the” very first one is always the most expensive investment. It invloves higher level personnel like designers, engineers and others. Our designers and engineers then work with and train our builders on your new project. This is a slower and costly proces to build the first (1st) one. Now trained and have a cookie cutter process in place after your first build it all gets much less expensive moving forward. On average 2/3 +/- less for a single unit purchase.

Bulk quanity purchase would reflect lower pricing accordingly per unit purchased, but we have a policy not to quote quantity pricing until after we built one in order to give you accurate bulk unit pricing.
